Because none of my existing shorts or pants were fitting me in a direction that was comfortable ( they were all excessively small ! ) I decided to buy two fresh pairs of roommate linen shorts over the by calendar month or sol, and it was such a good decision. I have always been a advocate of wearing the clothes that fit your body RIGHT NOW–not trying to fit your body into your clothes ! A perspirer tank and these linen shorts are a summery equal made in heaven ! I actually wore this jazz band to dinner the other night–speaking of my darling local italian spot, Osteria Rusticana. ? ? ? ? I was doubting of the perspirer tank, but turns out, I love it ! It ’ second easier to dress up than a unconstipated tank top, and makes any outfit way more concern !
Because it ’ randomness summer I wore it with sandals, but for a more transitional count, these mules are perfect ! I love the pop of print, and they are capital “ house shoes ” –AKA–shoes that you can easily slip on and off, are comfortable, but count as “ real number clothes. ”

With a linen button-down and birks for the beach

Okay okay you KNEW there was going to be at least one search featuring my early two summer 2020 must-haves : this linen button down that I love indeed a lot AND the waterproof EVA Birkenstocks ! I have been wearing iterations of this outfit everywhere from the beach, to camping, to working from home. ( A very zoom-friendly kit ! )
Another perk up of the Birkenstocks : these are capital “ wear at home ” shoes because they ’ ra very supportive–Neal has been struggling with plantar fascitiis and walking about barefoot wasn ’ thymine doing him any favors, so he got these ( they come in mens sizes, excessively ) and said they ’ ve been helping a batch. Of course, he besides got them in white. thus now we match. ? ? ? ?

Okay this fake matchy-matchy set just got me truly jazzed indeed I went crazy and styled it with not one but three pairs of shoes to show how versatile it is. Whether you ’ rhenium lounging about, running to the grocery store store, camping ( with TEVAS, obvi ? ? ? ? ), or working from home–there are therefore many ways to wear it that are so cunning ! I recently purchased this sweatshirt from Outerknown ( a new-to-me sustainable sword I ’ ve fallen in sexual love with recently ! ) for our approaching Lake House trip. You know those late summer/early fall nights where it ’ sulfur warm during the day but crisp in the mornings and evenings ? This is the arrant thing to wear ! Throw on a classic cableknit sweater and some Huarache sandals–my favorite in the summer, but besides the shoulder seasons–because they ’ ra closed-toe, you ’ ll get more tire out of them when temperatures are a little cool, besides ! I have actually started getting into playfulness graphic tees even more since quarantine–they always make you smile when you put them on ! besides, this long, cozy cardigan is my # 1 pick from the Nordstrom sale and it ’ randomness silent in standard ! Comes in sol many colors, is SO soft, and looks direction more expensive than it is–it ’ s basically like a bathrobe, but real clothes ! ? ? ? ?
