What ’ s the difference between a Participant and Observer ?
“ Participant ” Any guest that is interacting with the birds either with them on the boxing glove or having the birds fly to their boxing glove .
“ Observer ” Any guest who is confront to witness, lookout, take photos and is present for the class presentation part of experience.

Can I book entirely one Participant and one Observer ?
presently, all of our experiences have a two-Participant minimum. This is because all of our Experiences are private, for your group lone .
We would barely like to come see the birds, can we come for a visit and pay to be only an Observer ? And what are your hours ?
We are a “ by appointment lone ” facility. indeed please come and visit us by means of signing up through one of our Experiences or courses.
How many raptors will we see ?
Our localization is a private residence that is divided into two sections, one for public experiences and courses. The early is an “ off display area ” for raptors and staff alone. typically, one to two falcons are used for our Falconry Experiences, three types of raptors for our VIP Ultimate Falconry Experience and two species of owl for our Owl Experience. During our Group Raptor Encounter you will see at least one Raptor for a flight demonstration and travel to with one of our owl.
What should I wear ?
comfortable clothes and allow sunday protection suited for the current weather conditions. Please constantly plan on it being colder than you think.
What should I bring ?
We will provide the Falconry baseball glove, you bring your sense of gamble and your camera !
Is there ( human ) food available for purchase ?
No, but we do offer water at no commit.
Are there restrooms available ?
Yes, we have a commercially maintained Porta John
What ’ s the dispute between the 1/2 Day Falconry Course and our other Falconry Experiences ?
Our 1/2 Day Falconry Course is for guests that are strictly interest in the hunting sport of Falconry and want to learn how to obtain a falconry license.
Our Falconry Experiences are for guests that are concern in a unique up close feel with a boo of prey. You will learn about the ancient sport of Falconry, the natural history of raptors, trail, worry and management in enslavement and conservation efforts that you can aid in to insure the universe of these perplex predators. Of path, the highlight of most of our experiences is having the bang of one of our train raptors fly to your gloved arm .
What do you offer for groups, such as home school, day care, schools and scouts ?

What is your cancellation policy ?
We do not give refunds but will apply full credit towards a future experience book when given 48 hours ’ notice of cancellation. When provided with less than 48 hours of notice, 1/2 credit will be applied to any future reserve. No-shows will be charged the full price. You may rebook to a late date once at the rate you paid. Any extra rebooking will reflect any price increases .
In case of cancellation by Raptor Hill Falconry, due to weather or early unanticipated circumstances, we will apply your entire credit towards a future reserve OR topic a full refund .
note : We do not have a “ waiting sphere ” for Participants party members. These guests will be charged the “ Observer ” tip if they stay onsite .
