RETURNS POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Balenciaga accepts in-store returns within 30 days of purchase for central or store credit rating only. Refunds are not available for any In Store Purchase .

The revert item will be accepted under the following conditions :
– proof of buy or give reception required.
– detail in master condition, with all the original labels and box for shoes and jewelry .
-Full Price Merchandise .
